Custom Order Process
Below is a brief run-through of how we operate and what you can expect from the time you begin your order to the time you pick up your custom shirts:
When you contact us, you will need to have a few things in mind:
* The kind of shirt(s)t you would like (short sleeve, long sleeve, etc.)
* The color shirt(s) you would like
* What design or phrase you would like on your shirt(s).
* Design Placement: Front,, Back, Pocket, Sleeve, etc...
* Which color ink(s) you would like your design(s) printed in
* How many shirts you will be ordering
* When you need need your order completed
* If you plan to resell your shirts to make a profit.
* Pricing: Pricing is based on 3 things -
- The Number & Sizes of the shirts you order. The more you order, the better the pricing! Group orders of 10 or more are encouraged! Discounts are determined by the design and quantity ordered. Plus sizes (2XL-5XL) are usually abbout $5 more than regular adult sizes (SM-XL).
- The number of print locations on your shirt. The more placements increases your base price.
- The number of colors in your design. The more ink colors in your designs and the more print locations on the shirt will drive the cost per shirt up.

At the time an order is approved, we require payment in full unless other arrangements have been made.
The photos shown on this website and order form are examples only!! Each item is custom made and no two items are identical. We strive to make each item similar, but they will not be 100% identical. If you have a complex order feel free to email it to us.
*Artwork: Once you contact us with your design idea, we will ask you if you will be providing the artwork or if we need to create the artwork for you. If you are planning to provide the artwork, we will prefer it in a vector format such as .eps, .cdr. or .ai. If you do not have a high quality image, please send what you do have and we will see if it can be used.
If you need for us to create or re-create the artwork for you from a print out, sketch or jpg image, we will begin working on your artwork to create a proof. We will email the proof to you for approval or for changes to be made per your request.
Depending on the complexity of your design, artwork charges may apply. However, if the design is relatively simple, we do not charge for this service. This will be determined before any artwork is started.

*Payment Options: Once your order has been submitted. We will invoice you via PayPal or email within 24-48 hours. Orders will not be started until payment is received in full. Payment can be made by PayPal, CashApp, or Cash. We no longer accept personal checks, IOU's, or COD's under any exception. We are not responsible for the delay in production, due to the delay in payment.

After Payment & Approval: After you have paid your invoice and have given your approval for us to "go to print", we will print your shirts per your order. Most orders are completed within 3-5 business days, yet, depending on our current production we ask for 7 days completion time. We count every order three times before it leaves our shop - once when we receive the blank shirts from our supplier, once before we print them and once after they are printed and we are putting them in boxes. We make every effort to insure your order is correct by this triple-check method. Once your shirts are printed and ready to be picked up, you will receive an email from us indicating your order is complete.
* Pick 'em Up and Love 'em: Your shirts are ready and you can pick them up at your scheduled appointment time. It is time for you to see your idea come to life and transformed from digital image to finished product. Some orders may qualify for local delivery. Contact us directly for this service to see if you qualify.
That's It! Simple and easy. Typically, start to finish, the process can be a week or less. We understand that all of this seems intimidating, but we are here to help and answer your questions. We will walk you through the whole routine and will be in constant communication with you.
